In Atlantic Canada we offer financing through the Kerr Finance plan exclusively for independent Kerr dealers. In Ontario, our finance program is offered through selected HVAC dealers.

How do I sign up as an authorized Dealer?

Dealer Registration

In order to participate in the Finance Plan, you must be accepted as a registered dealer. This is done by submitting the following information to Granville Capital Incorporated for our review and approval.

• A signed, ORIGINAL Dealer Enrollment Application Agreement.
• A void cheque on your bank account, for funding purposes.

Granville will review this information. Upon authorization, you will be set up as a Finance Plan Dealer and we will send you a complete Authorized Dealer Package including decals, sales aids, finance contracts and anything else you may need to offer financing.

Once you have been approved, you are now ready to offer financing to your customers.

The program involves 3 easy steps:

1. Customer Credit Approval
2. Install Equipment
3. Payment

Step 1. Customer Credit Approval

You contact Granville Capital Incorporated:

Either by

1. Fax the homeowner Credit Application and Consumer Finance Contract.

or

2. Phone with credit details from the Credit Application and Consumer Finance Contract.

Or

3. E-mail customer credit details from the secure section of this website

During business hours most credit decisions will be provided within 10 minutes by way of fax, upon receipt and verification of above documentation. The fax contains a loan approval number for your future reference.

Step 2. Install Equipment

Install the equipment for your customer from our selection of approved manufacturers and products.

Step 3. Payment

Once your customer has been approved, and you have installed the equipment to the customers satisfaction, funds will be deposited into your bank account subsequent to receipt of the following original documents.

1. The fully completed Credit Application and Consumer Finance Contract.
2. A void customer cheque.
3. Copy of your invoice to your customer.

Your Bank account will be funded within 48 hours.

FINANCING TERMS AND FEATURES

• On the spot financing.
• No minimum loan amount.
• Amortization period of 5 years (longer period may be available)
• Automatic deduction of monthly payments from the consumer's account.
• Interest rate is fixed for the term of the loan.
• Applicants may be homeowners, businesses, small apartment building owners, churches, service organizations and others and meet all credit criteria as applicable.
